The Middleton-Cross Plains School Board approved three district leadership positions during a special called meeting Monday evening.
Cindi Malcheske
Director of Secondary Student Services
Malcheske has served in several positions at all levels in our district, such as a high school teacher, a coordinator at the middle and elementary school levels, and most recently as the Assistant Director of Student Services.

Dr. Sally Kellman
Director of Elementary Student Services.
Dr. Kellman comes to MCPASD with K-12 experience. She has served as a special education teacher and special education supervisor in Milwaukee Public Schools, a Director of Student Services in Germantown, Wi., and most recently as an ESEA Title 1 coordinator in Milwaukee.

Gina Arenz
Coordinator of MCPASD's 4K Program
Arenz’s experience in our district makes her the perfect match for this position. She will maintain her role as special education coordinator at Sauk Trail and Northside.
