Teaching and Learning Team Leadership Actions

Through the use of data and ongoing collaboration, the Teaching and Learning Team:

  • Designs and supports a district professional development system 

  • Cultivates school leadership capacity that ensures continuous improvement in all schools

  • Facilitates ongoing review and revision of literacy and content standards, curriculum, and instructional materials

  • Leads educators in implementing rigorous and evidence-based instruction in emotionally, intellectually, and physically safe environments

    that are culturally and linguistically responsive and sustaining and aligned with the MCPASD Strategy Map.
