How to Pay For Your Child's Meals

How to Pay for Your Child's Meals

Families prepay for school meals using one of three methods; using our online payment system, sending a check or bringing credit or debit card or cash to the Nutrition Services office, 2130 Pinehurst Drive, Middleton, WI  53562, or dropping off payment in the drop box at each school.

  • Paying online
Families can pay online at MyPaymentsPlus.com to manage student account(s). You may pay for meals, check account balances, set a low balance email alert and view transactions from the previous 90 days.

  • Accessing Your Account
To access your student account(s), you will need each student's district ID number. To obtain your student's ID number, please log into Campus Portal. You can also check with your child as this is the number they used to access school computer and library services throughout their years with the District.

  • Making Deposits Online
Parents can choose to make a credit or debit card deposit in their student account. There is currently no fee for paying online using My PaymentsPlus.

  • Making Deposits in Person
Parents can make a deposit with credit/debit card, cash or checks made out to SNS at the SNS Office located at the District Operations Center or any of the schools secure drop boxes. Cash payments are recommended only at the SNS office to provide you with a receipt of the transaction. Please indicate students' first names in the memo section of your check or first and last name if their last name is different. Unless otherwise indicated, the DOC will split the amount evenly among each child in the family.
