Instructions for setting up an online lunch account
Free and Reduced Meal Application
Fill out the application on the Free and Reduced Meal page to see if your children qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. Reduced price is free for breakfast and lunch.
Please submit the School Fee Relief Form (English) or School Fee Relief Form (Spanish) along with Free and Reduced Meal application.
A la Carte Permission - Middle/High School
All Middle and High school students have the ability to use their lunch account to purchase A la Carte items. If you do not want your student to purchase extra items or want to limit the amount your student can purchase, log into your MyPaymentsPlus account- Click on My Account- Spending Alerts & Limits- ALA Carte Spending Limits- Active. This information will carry over year to year and can be changed at any time.
A la Carte items are not offered at the Elementary level so no action is needed.
Classroom Snack Order Form:
Order snacks to be delivered to your child's class for milk break. Snacks can be ordered through MyPaymentsPlus. You will find it under the Events/Activities tab and it is titled, Classroom Snack Order Form.
Public Release Form
The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District announced its policy for the 2023-24 school year for children unable to pay the full price of meals served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program or milk for split-session students served under the Special Milk Program. Each school office and the central office has a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by any interested party.
