Years of Service

On April 22, 2026, the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District proudly hosted its annual Years of Service Recognition event, honoring staff members who reached 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service to MCPASD.

The evening provided a meaningful opportunity to come together and celebrate the individuals who are at the heart of our District. Each honoree represents years of dedication, care and commitment to students, families and colleagues. Across every role in our schools and departments, staff members make a lasting impact by creating supportive, engaging and high-quality learning environments.

Behind each milestone is a story of service, with countless hours spent preparing lessons, supporting students, collaborating with colleagues and going above and beyond. The experience, passion and care our staff bring to their work each day are what make MCPASD such a strong and vibrant community.

This year’s celebration was made possible with the generous support of our event sponsor, Town Bank, who sponsored the meal for the event. Attendees enjoyed a delicious spread prepared by Pikkito, creating a welcoming space to reflect, connect and celebrate together.

We extend our sincere congratulations to all of this year’s honorees and our heartfelt thanks for their continued dedication. Their work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and strengthens our entire school community.
