Eight Middleton High School students earned top honors at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas.
The conference, held June 29–July 2, brought together more than 16,000 high school students, educators, and business professionals from across the United States. Middleton High School was represented by 42 students who participated in competitive events, leadership development activities, and networking opportunities designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders.
The following Middleton High School students earned national recognition:
Ishika Pulimamidi was named a national champion in the Future Business Leader category.
Prudvi Bathula was named a national champion in the Networking Infrastructure category.
Eric Huang, Kavin P. Kaliyappan and Andrew Wang earned third place in the International Business category.
Sarah Lee earned sixth place in the Introduction to Business Communication category.
Drake Jiang and Daud Naser earned eighth place in the Introduction to Programming category.
In addition to students’ strong showing on a national stage, the conference marked a milestone for Middleton High School. Ishika Pulimamidi was elected to serve as the 2026–2027 FBLA National Parliamentarian, becoming the school's first FBLA national officer in more than 20 years. Her election is the culmination of years of leadership, dedication, and excellence within the organization.

Her recognition as a national champion in the Future Business Leader category marked her second consecutive year as an FBLA national champion. Last year, she captured the national championship in the Parliamentary Procedure category, making her one of Middleton High School's most accomplished FBLA competitors.
Middleton High School also celebrated the leadership of Vivian Feng, who represented Wisconsin at the conference as the 2026–2027 Wisconsin FBLA State Parliamentarian, serving as a member of the Wisconsin FBLA State Leadership Team.
FBLA is the world's largest career and technical student organization focused on business, preparing more than 230,000 members annually for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs.
