Graduates

MCPASD has important reminders for Middleton High School (MHS) and Clark Street Community School (CSCS) seniors ahead of graduation – including new safeguards for a beloved tradition.

Both schools are hosting additional celebrations prior to the June 6 ceremony. Seniors in special education programming who are not attending the June 6 ceremony will receive their diplomas in the presence of their educators, families, and friends during a celebration on Wednesday, June 3. CSCS will also spotlight its seniors during a celebration on Thursday, June 4 – the last day of school for all seniors – at Kromrey Middle School.

Friday, June 5, is packed with practice and beloved traditions, beginning with graduation rehearsal from 10–11 a.m. in the MHS Varsity Gym. Following practice, graduates are welcome to enjoy the Senior Picnic in the Borden Athletic Complex from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The Senior Walks are on June 5 at MCPASD’s elementary and middle schools. As a new safeguard this year, seniors must register using the Google Form sent to their student email on May 5 in order to participate. The registration form will close on Monday, June 1, to allow staff time to prepare to welcome seniors at our schools. More details are on the MHS Graduation page.

Upon arrival at the schools, students will check in by giving their name, and families will check in by sharing their student’s name. This process helps staff know who is on our campuses. We are grateful for the community’s support in keeping our students and schools safe.

It’s all leading up to the Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, June 6, at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. Seniors can arrive as early as 12:45 p.m., and should arrive no later than 1:40 p.m., to line up for the ceremony at 2 p.m. For families who cannot attend in person, there will be a YouTube livestream link on the MHS Graduation page.

Following the ceremony, seniors and families can watch for pictures on MCPASD’s social media pages as well as our Community Connection magazine, hitting mailboxes and our website at the end of June. Congratulations, graduates!
