Congratulations to Middleton High School Cross Country Coach Alexa Richardson! She was recently named the '2022-23 NFHS Coaches Association Cross Country Coach of the Year' in Wisconsin for the second year in a row!
The National Federation of State High School Associations awards approximately 1000 coaches at the state level each year.
Criteria for the award include:
-Coaching Record
-Background
-Coaching Honors
-Involvement in the community and school organizations
The goal of NFHS awards is to improve the professional development of all High School Coaches and, in doing so, bolster the success of student-athletes as well.
