Today the Middleton Fire Department came to West Middleton to inform K-3 grade students on the importance of Fire Safety.
Pumpkins for sale! On sale while supplies last, scan the QR code on-site or bring check/cash into the main office! $8 a pumpkin and located next to back parking lot along side the fence.

Thank you to our PTO for bringing the Planetarium to West Middleton today. Our students learned so much about our solar system.....they said it was "out of this world."

Some of the West Middleton 4th grade students enjoyed the snow during recess and played Snowshoe Tag!
Our second grade students were trying out Rock Climbing in Phy Ed today.
We had an amazing turnout for Literacy Night last night. Families completed several activities around literacy concepts. Some of the hits of the evening were Heart Word Bingo, Musical Syllables, and the Middleton High School students from the swim team reading to our students.
In conclusion of Fire Prevention Week, Firefighter Natalie Scheer visited West Middleton Kindergarten. Firefighter Scheer is doing a 2 year internship at Maple Bluff Fire Department while also earning her associates degree in Fire Science from Madison College. She is also the stepdaughter of kindergarten teacher Amanda Scheer. Firefighter Scheer talked to the class about becoming a firefighter, staying safe and fielded many "what if" questions in a kind, thoughtful way for the 5 and 6 year olds. She also demonstrated how she puts on her gear and the importance of knowing firefighters are safe people even with the gear that some may find scary. Thank you to Firefighter Natalie Scheer and to the Maple Bluff Fire Department.
Our students had a special treat today at recess! Our PTO provided sidewalk chalk and bubbles for them to play with to celebrate a great Wolverine Dash.
We had an fun Wolverine Dash day last Friday. A big thank you to our PTO, our many amazing volunteers, our teachers, and especially our students!
Our Pumpkin Sale starts tonight! Pumpkins will be available to purchase tonight from 2:45-3:45pm and from 5:00-5:45pm. They will also be for sale all day tomorrow during the Wolverine Dash. Thanks to some of our 4th grade students that helped unload the pumpkins today!
Ms. Trpkosh's 3rd grade classroom took advantage of the nice sunny day to take a math test outside today.
Our annual Tie Dye Event was once again a huge success. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this event fun for our students.
