Get your costumes ready, Pope Farm Families! The Pope Farm PTO is thrilled to announce the return of their annual Trunk or Treat event!
Join the PTO for a spooky, sweet, and safe evening of fun on:
Date: Friday, October 24
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Pope Farm Elementary
How You Can Help Make It a Sweet Success!
This amazing event is only possible with your help. There are lots of ways to get involved and make it a treat for our students:
Host a Trunk: Decorate your car trunk and hand out treats to the trick-or-treaters! This is the core of the event, and the more trunks we have, the more fun it is.
Volunteer: Help with setup, directing traffic, or cleanup.
Donate Candy/Treats: We're accepting donations of individually wrapped candy, or small, non-food trinkets (for example, stickers, pencils, etc.).
Donate Funds: Monetary donations help us purchase needed supplies and decorations.
Ready to sign up or want more details?
Click here to download the official Trunk or Treat Sign-Up Form with all the volunteer, donation, and trunk-host information!
We can't wait to see your creative costumes and trunks! Thank you in advance for your support!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to be inclusive and respectful of all members of our community. The new rain date is September 30.

Elementary School Teacher Assignments Postponed Until August 15
Due to recent changes in student enrollment at Elm Lawn, Northside, and West Middleton elementary schools, we've had to add new class sections to ensure every student gets the support they need.
This means we're delaying the release of elementary school teacher assignments until Friday, August 15.
This extra time will allow us to finalize our new hires and create the most accurate class lists for all students.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we work to get the school year off to a great start. We're excited to see you all soon!
