🪅Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration | Sauk Trail Elementary School 🪅 Our Sauk Trail students welcomed a new friend to school today! Thank you to talented Paraguayan and Guaraní Musician Jorge Mendoza for taking the time to visit all of the classes and share his music! What makes his visit even more special is that he played tunes in his two native languages, Spanish and Guaraní. Guaraní is an indigenous language from Paraguay. Students learned many fun songs, but the star of the show was singing their school song, "On Sauk Trail" in Spanish! " Thank you to Principal Dahlk, Maestra Samira, Jorge Mendoza and to the PTO for making this event possible!
