Seniors Gabriela Cabrera and Vesa Ljumani competed at the FCCLA State Convention and State Star Event Competition on April 5th during the State FCCLA Conference. Both Seniors brought home a gold in the Baking and Pastry Competition. The students were required to make CRANBERRY CINNAMON SWIRL CRESCENTS and STARLITE MINT SURPRISE COOKIES.
Gaby Cabrera placed in the top three students in the event. She earned an invitation to compete on the WI Baking and Pastry Competition Team this summer at the 76th National FCCLA Convention and Competition. This year's conference will be held in San Diego, CA June 29 through July 3rd.
