A Pandemic Year Reflection Writing Project

It has been about one year since the Covid-19 Pandemic started. That is a huge time in the life of a middle school student and a lot may have happened in your life.
We would like to invite Middleton-Cross Plains School District students in grades 5-8 to reflect on this time in writing or artwork. We want to hear from you.
We invite you to create short writing pieces (essays, journal-type responses, poems, narratives) or artworks about the last year in your lives.
Before the end of the year, we will create a publication including most of these works and share them with all published authors/artists, and literacy teachers.
These small anthologies will be kept in our classrooms and school libraries for years to come.
