We strongly believe that all students should have an opportunity to succeed in learning. We support efforts to improve student achievement across all demographic groups by focusing on equitable practices – the heart of an inclusive, innovative and inspiring learning community. We focus on equitable practices that celebrate and promote diversity, combat racism, and provide equitable access to education.

We have helped sponsor various programs throughout the schools that promote equity. We have helped sponsor murals in many of the schools, helped fund students traveling to New York, helped pay for AP testing, helped fund replacement of band and orchestra instruments and helped with new Curriculum Initiatives.
