A Mamma Mia Prom!

• Time: 8 - 11pm  (All Students must be at the dance by 9:45pm)

• Location: Monona Terrace

• Price: $30 - Cashless through GoFan, Credit/Debit/Apple Pay accepted at the door. NO CASH SALES AT THE DANCE!

• Who: MHS and CSCS 11th and 12th grade students and approved guests from other schools.

  • 9th and 10th grade students may only attend as the guest of a 11th or 12th grade student. One Guest per student.

• Purchasing Tickets:  Tickets will be available for sale on 4/7/25.

  • Tickets will be on sale on GoFan - use your 5 digit ID number as the access code.

    • If a student qualifies for free/reduced lunch then their ticket will be $0

• Guests: Non-MHS/CSCS guest will need to complete a guest form and turn it in to Ms. Buckley, in the Athletics Office by 12:30 pm on 5/16.

  • 2025 Prom Guest Form - please plan on extra time to complete as it requires the signature of the guest's school administrator.

  • Forms are due Thursday, May 15th by 4:00 pm in the Athletics Office, please hand to Ms. Buckley.

  • NO LATE GUEST FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED & NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DANCE.

• All attendees must show their school ID (approved guests may show their school ID or drivers license)
