• DO know that attendance at MHS Athletic Events is a privilege, not a right.

• DO have fun, participate in the chants and cheers, and follow the theme for the Student Section!

• DO cheer positively for your Cardinals!

• DO plan to stay at the game for the entire contest.

  • There is no re-entry at our events...once you leave, you are gone for the evening.

• DO leave your backpack at home!

  • If you bring it to the game it will be left at the main gate.

• DO have your student ID/Infinite Campus available and be willing to present it if asked by event staff.

• DO refrain from throwing anything, anywhere, anytime while at the event.

• DO sit in the appropriately labeled section of the stands.

  • MHS Students stay on the MHS side of the stands, visiting students stay in their section.

• DO leave the stands cleaner than you found them! That's the Cardinal Way!

In the event a student makes the choice to not follow these expectations, the following may take place:

• The student's name will be documented and given to their Dean of Students for a follow up on the next school day.

• The student will be immediately removed from the event and parents/guardians will be contacted.

• The student may lose the privilege of attending future events.

• Let the Coaches Coach

• Let the Officials Officiate

• Encourage and recognize attitude, effort, and successes.

• Give space for Education Through Sport

  • Failing is learning, struggles are part of the process, the journey is what defines us!
