Welcome to the 2023-2024 MHS Athletic Season!

MHS Teachers, Coaches, Students, Athletes, Parents and Boosters have contributed to a sports program that is considered to be one of the top athletic programs in the state of Wisconsin. Please join us as we continue to promote academic and athletic excellence, outstanding sportsmanship, and values that the Middleton-Cross Plains Area Community can be proud of.

This site will be your resource for coaches' contact information, schedules, highlights, livestreaming, tickets, facility information, and Athletic Department information. Make sure to bookmark it!

Families can register for Athletics, Marching Band, Ultimate Frisbee, and all Student Activities now. MyPaymentsPlus (MPP) is still being used to pay fees. MPP for Athletics and Marching Band will open after 7/14/23. Student Activities will be opened in MPP after the Student Activities Fair at the beginning of the school year.

Fall Semester Performance Training:

Middleton High School offers fall athletic performance training to all current high school students The primary goal of these sessions is to help all students build functional, connected strength and improve movement literacy to optimize performance and minimize injury potential. Winter Strength & Conditioning Schedule

Outdoor Track Hours:
Generally 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday year round, weather permitting.

Generally 12 p.m. - sundown Weekends

Fitness Center Hours:

Not open to the general public.

For safety reasons, fitness center hours are established for the athletes by the Strength and Conditioning Coordinators or the coaching staff for the purpose of supervision.
