West Middleton Parent Teacher Organization

WM PTO Message 2011-2012

The West Middleton Parent Teacher Organization is building a stronger network between parents,
students, staff, and teachers in our school to build a stronger community.

Many people ask “What does the WM PTO do?” The PTO strives to enrich the educational experience of all West Middleton Students. We accomplish this mottoby planning, funding, and executing the Back to School Dance, Scholastic Book Fair, I Spy Night, Winter Tea, School Carnival, Bowl-A-Rama, School Wide Tie Dye Project, and Teacher & Staff Appreciation, we provide cultural and science related field trips, teacher/classroom support allowance, and so much more to help make West Middleton the best that it can be!

During our various fundraising events last year, we contributed over $10,000 to the technology
campaign of West Middleton - providing Smart Boards and projectors in each classroom. Digital and document cameras have been added to the library and are available to all staff of West Middleton.

Help us in our efforts to enrich the educational experience of all WM students and to provide a
