West Middleton Directory

The Middleton – Cross Plains School District provides the PTO with contact information for students at West Middleton. This information is organized by the DAC and becomes available to the PTO in October.

The WM Directory is printed, assembled, and distributed as soon as the DAC provides the PTO with the school data. Each family will receive one copy of the directory, if you would like to request a second copy please contact the directory representative.
