WM Staff Luncheons
West Middleton Families:
The West Middleton PTO celebrates our teachers and staff with monthly lunches throughout the school year. This year they will be held the first Wednesday of every month. We will hold six lunches starting in October and ending in May (skipping December and April).
Each month a different grade level will host a luncheon and will be coordinated by the PTO Class
Representatives via email. Families bring in their favorite family recipes to be enjoyed by all.
Each classroom, the day of the luncheon, will provide 1 volunteer to help set-up and clean-up and 8 dishes to share.
Suggestions include casseroles, salads, desserts, soups, fruit platters, side dishes, platter of
mini-sandwiches or cut-up subs, etc. The staff
of West Middleton truly enjoy and appreciate all that goes into
providing such a wonderful lunch!
Specific details and instructions will be sent to you via email a couple weeks prior to your
hosting date through your class representative.

October 5 - Fifth Grade
November 2 - Fourth Grade
January 4 - Third Grade
February 1 - Second Grade
March 7 - First Grade
May 2 - (Teacher Appreciation Week)
The morning of your scheduled luncheon, please bring your food item to the Teacher’s Lounge by
10:00 a.m. and place any items that need to remain cold in the refrigerators. Please LABEL all
items “Staff Luncheon” and label all containers with your name, so we are able to identify them easily. Containers, bowls, etc. can be picked up after school the day of the luncheon or the next morning in the lounge.
Below is a list of items per grade, please respond to your representative what item you will be
making, so we have a variety of food.

1-2 soups
1 fruit platter
2-3 salads/side dishes
2 mini sandwiches
1 dessert
