The Purchasing Coordinator keep the PTA closet stocked with paperware and other items for upcoming PTA events. The Purchasing Coordinatory needs to contact committee chairpeople to assess needs and to purchase items at local stores such as Sam's Club, Walmart, Target and etc. on behalf of the PTA.
