Professional Development
The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District offers professional development classes for staff throughout the school year and over each summer. These classes are for MCPASD staff and are also open to staff from other districts.
All graduate classes are open to all MCPASD staff for professional development hours. Staff members who are not required to take professional development hours are also welcome at any class, including graduate classes. Any class can be taken for professional development hours at no charge if you are an MCPASD employee. Book/material fees will apply.

Registration Procedures
-
Find a class by visiting our
2011-12 Academic Year Class List or Summer 2012 Class List. Click on the link for the class you are interested in for more information and to register online for that class.
- Online registration will reserve your spot in a class. A $50 deposit (check made payable to Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District or MCPASD) must be sent to hold a space in the class if it is for graduate credit. No deposit is needed for professional development hours.
- You may also print out a PDF version of the Registration Form and return it with your deposit by interschool mail or postal mail.
- If you plan on taking more than one class, a separate registration form and deposit check is required for each class.
- Send deposit, if required (and any PDF registrations) to Nancy Wyngaard at the DAC through interschool mail or, if you are outside of our district, through postal mail to:
Nancy Wyngaard
MCPASD District Administrative Center
7106 South Avenue
Middleton, Wisconsin 53562
- You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the class start date and your deposit will be returned. MCPASD reserves the right to cancel any class two weeks prior to the start date due to low enrollment.
- Tuition does not include a book material fee of $10 to $100 per course. This generally applies to graduate classes only.
