Add+VantageMR Math Assessment Training

During this four-day training teachers will learn the basis of early numeracy foundation and why the development of number sense is important for all students to be successful in math. Teachers will be trained with the Add+VantageMR course one assessment focusing on the three aspects of number: symbolic, verbal & quantitative. Teachers will learn the components of the assessment, the different developmental levels and how to administer the assessment. There will also be activities shared along with make and take opportunities embedded within the four day training.

MCPASD special educators, bilingual teachers, math specialists and title teachers will be given priority registration.

NOTE: There is a material fee for non MCPASD participants.

Class limit is 20.
