Anyone interested in applying to the MCPASD 21st Century eSchool through open enrollment for the 2012-13 school year can attend one of four informational meetings.

The meetings will be conducted by Principal Jill Gurtner, and held at the Middleton Alternative Senior High (MASH), 2429 Clark St. The schedule is:

Tuesday, Jan. 24: 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 1: 9 a.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 7: 3 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 20: 4 p.m.

There are 77 full-time students, including 35 open-enrolled students, in the MCPASD 21st Century eSchool for the 2011-12 school year. The school district wants to grow that number for the next school year.

"One of the unique advantages that 21st Century eSchool offers students is the ability to take up to two classes in a school building creating a blending experience that has proven to work very well for many students and families,'' Gurtner said.

She added other options are available and will be discussed at the four meetings.
