DECA is an organization supporting the marketing education program.  Organizational goals include the following:

  • Vocational Understanding: (Promoted through district, state and national competitions; industry field trips; and working at the school store)
  • Social Intelligence: Developed by sponsoring a Winter Formal and other social events
  • Civic Consciousness: Created by working on community service events and projects
  • Leadership Skills: Developed by attending chapter workshops, and managing club activities and the school store
