The members of the Cardinal Chef Club are students enrolled in the Introduction to Culinary Arts Classes who actively assist in planning, preparing, serving, and cleaning up after catering events.    The students cater for local events throughout the school district and community. Examples of events catered by the club are the Organic Dinner, committee meetings, and even bridal showers. Catering these events allows students the opportunity to learn about mass production of foods and experience running their own catering business.  Members can also participate in a variety of culinary competitions.
