Glacier Creek band teacher Jeanne Hammes and MHS orchestra teacher Steve Kurr have been named recipients of the 2017 Herb Kohl Education Foundation Fellowship Award.

The MHS bands will present their series of spring concerts on Tuesday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Middleton Performing Arts Center.

MHS will hold two important meeting for students planning to participate in a sport in 2017-18 on Tuesday, May 30.

Don't let the title frighten you away.

MHS was named one of the top 10 high schools in Wisconsin by U.S. News & World Report, according to a story posted on the magazine's website this week.

Director of Equity and Student Achievement Percy Brown and 10 MHS students reported on the spring break trip to Washington, D.C. at the Board of Education regular meeting on Monday, April 24.

In the MHS band and orchestra’s whirlwind tour of NYC, they took some cues from the city’s tagline – doing so many things that they were perpetually short on sleep.
