Varsity matches normally begin at 6:30 p.m. and Junior Varsity and Freshman matches normally begin at 5:00 p.m.

Ben White, Varsity Coach
Ben White is in his 15th season coaching at Middleton High School, and his 10th season as the Varsity Head Coach. The boys team has made appearances at the State Tournament in 2002, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Ben graduated from Middleton High School in 1994. He lettered in volleyball for 2 seasons, but also played basketball, baseball and golf while in high school. Ben was captain of the volleyball team his senior year. He was also a member of the National Honor Society and FBLA.

Ben graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. He is currently employed at Wisconsin Public Television. Ben's family include his wife, Annie, and daughter, Abby and Son, Parker.

Frank LaBoda, Freshman Coach
Frank LaBoda has been coaching for 20 years at the Club and High School levels at Racine Case, Racine Park, Great Lakes Volleyball Club and now here in his eighth year on the boy's staff at Middleton High School. Frank has been lucky enough to coach in four State semifinals and 3 National Club Championships finishing 2nd all three times. Over 40 of Frank's former players have gone on to play at the collegiate level including more than 20 that earned scholarships to Division 1 schools. Three former players have even spent time in the Men's National Team Program, including a two-time Olympian. Frank's biggest thrill as a coach was being able to be in Atlanta for the '96 Games to watch his former player compete. Frank enjoys working with kids with little or no experience, because they are so willing to listen and learn.

Frank has been married to his wife, Julie for 14 years. They live in Cross Plains with their four daughters, Sydney, Molly, Grace and Lane. They enjoy fishing, vacations and family fun.
