Tom Cabalka, Varsity Coach
Tom Cabalka was the assistant golf coach at Middleton High School from 1990 to 2004. In 2005 he became the Head Boys Golf Coach. Tom is in his 32nd year teaching elementary Physical Education in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. Tom attended the University of Iowa where he played football and basketball. Tom is also an assistant coach for Middleton High School's Varsity football team.

Jeremy Cabalka, Junior Varsity Assistant Coach

Jeremy Cabalka is a Middleton High School graduate and a member of the 1998
state championship golf team. He attended the Professional Golf Management
program at Mississippi State University and graduated in December of 2002.
From there Jeremy moved to Arizona where he worked at Grayhawk Golf Club
in Scottsdale and became a PGA Class A golf professional. Since then he
moved back to Middleton and is the Assistant Golf Professional at Pleasant
View Golf Course during the warmer months and the Assistant Ski School
Director and an AASI certified snowboard instructor at Tyrol Basin during
the winter months.

Mike Zimmerman, Junior Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Zimmerman has been coaching in Middleton since 1989. Prior to that he was the Athletic Director and a coach at Notre Dame H.S. in Chattanooga, TN for 5 years. Before that he was an Athletic Director and coach for St. Mary and St. Joseph's Middle School in Fond Du Lac, WI for 4 years. Coach Zimmerman is a 1980 graduate of UW-Madison in Physical Education where he also played baseball for the Badgers. He has a Masters from Aurora University and currently teaches Physical Education at Elm Lawn Elementary school. Coach Zimmerman resides in Middleton with his wife Betsy and their 2 children, Andrew and Molly.

Jeff Kenas, Freshman
Jeff Kenas has been teaching math at MHS since 1997. In the spring of 1999, Jeff joined the boys' golf program as an assistant, and has run the freshman program since 2005. Jeff is currently the head coach of the Girls Golf team at MHS. Jeff attended the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison. He's the man.

Dewey Stendahl , (Retired)
Dewey has coached boys golf at MHS for 20 years, winning 4 State Championships during that period. He was also the head girls golf coach from 1994-2001. Dewey began teaching in 1971, teaching elementary PE. He retired from teaching in 2003, but continues to coach the boys golf program.
