The MHS Boys Golf finished 7th at thethe WIAA State Golf meet at University Ridge Golf Course. Competitors were: Tom Huepenbecker, David Giacomin, Mike Schilling, Nick Johnson, and Sean Murphy. Nice work, guys!

WINTER 2008-2009
Girls Basketball Reaches the State Semi-finals!!!!
Congratulations to the girls basketball team for making it to the state tournament 2 years in a row, and making it to the semi-final round of the state tournament!!
After defeating Verona in the quarterfinals, the Cardinals fell to eventual state champion Milwaukee Vincent on Friday night in the state semi-final game. Congratulations, girls, on a tremendous season!

Congratulations also go out to the MHS Gymnastics Team!!
They reached the WIAA State Meet again this year, where they finished fourth with a score of 140.25.
In the individual competition, junior Katie Kutchin placed 2nd in the floor exercise, and finished in 6th place in the All Around competition. Junior Claire Flickinger placed 3rd on the Uneven Parallel Bars.

BEN BRUMMEL STATE CHAMPION!!
Ben became the first Middleton wrestler to become a State Champion, when he won the 171 pound weight class at the WIAA State Wrestling Meet. Congratulations on this historic achievement!!

*CONGRATS FOOTBALL TEAM!!
-Congratulations to the Cardinals football team on making it to the state semifinals! The team had a great year!
*CONGRATS BOYS VOLLEYBALL!!
-Congratulations to teh Boys Volleyball team on their trip to the state semifinals. The WBVCA named Dane Maier First Team All-State, Michael Owen Second Team All-State, and head coach Ben White Wisconsin Coach of the Year! Great season guys!
*CONGRATS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL!!
-The Girls Volleyball team made it to the WIAA State Tournament! Congratulations on an excellent and exciting season, girls!
*CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS AT STATE!!
-Bennett Naden and Maggie Bollig represented MHS at the state cross country meet in Wisconsin Rapids. They both ran strong, with Maggie finishing fourth overall! Nice work you two!
*GIRLS TENNIS STATE QUALIFIERS!!
-The doubles team of senior Olivia Foley and freshman Bianca Bellissimo along with senior singles player Jillian Horner qualified for the state girls tennis tournament at Nielsen Tennis Stadium!
*CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS SWIMMING STATE QUALIFIERS!!
-These girls advanced to the WIAA State meet at the UW Natatorium!
