The District assigns each parent a user name and temporary password.  If you did not receive a user name and password, please leave a message on the District hotline at 829-9600 or send an email to webmaster@mcpasd.k12.wi.us

Each parent can have their own account.

The District provides Campus Portal, which is an internet portal tool that allows parents and guardians of students to view the records of their child or children online.

Infinite Campus, the company that owns the Campus Portal tool, recently informed the District it was making this change as a way to have families take more responsibility for their passwords. Infinite Campus officials also made the decision for enhanced cyber-security reasons.

If you have never used the Campus Parent Portal before, here are some quick instructions on how to access it:

  • Visit the MCPASD district website.
  • Click on Campus Portal under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the page.
  • Enter your current User name and Password. Then click Sign In.

You can also find the link by clicking on the For Parents section at the top of the page. Then click on the Campus Portal link under Communications.

Having issues with your campus portal?

Your current user name and password will work for all of your students.

Once you have a user name and password you can change it at any time. Simply click on the Change Password icon under the User Account field on the left side of your main page. Type in your old password and then type in your new password and verify it. Click on the Change Password button once you are finished.

The District uses the information you provide in Infinite Campus to send out e-mails and call families in case of emergencies, such as snow days. Please take a minute to check that the information we have is correct.  You can do this by:

  • Click on the Contact Preferences icon under the User Account field on the left side of the main page.
  • Update the main and secondary e-mail addresses.
  • Click on the types of e-mails you would like to receive from the district. We would highly recommend clicking on all of the fields.
  • Click Save when you are finished.

If a phone number is wrong, please contact the administrative office at the school or schools your child or children attend.

What is the Campus Portal?

Campus Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information: class schedule, assignments, attendance, discipline, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts.

Campus Portal is a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students.

Who is eligible to have a Campus Portal account?

Parents of current students are eligible to activate a Parent Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.

How does Campus Portal know my e-mail address?

When you enroll your child in the District, the e-mail address you provide the Registrar’s Office. That e-mail address is then put into Infinite Campus by our technology staff.

How much does the Campus Portal cost?

Nothing. It is a free service to parents, and actually saves the district money by reducing paperwork and labor costs.
