Today is a “A” Day
Attention 7th/8th grade track students: Track practice will be held today and tomorrow after school from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m.
5th Grade Art Club will be held today after school from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m.
Chess/Checkers will be held today after school from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m
Foreign Language Club will be held tomorrow after school from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m.
The final deadline for any students wishing to submit writing or artwork to the school's literary magazine, In Black & White, is this Friday, April 21. Please place any work you want to submit in the envelope in your literacy or art classroom.
All Regional Math Meet Finalist: 7th/8th grade students will meet at the bus entrance tomorrow at 8:20 a.m. Everyone should wear their math t-shirt and bring a calculator, 2 sharpened pencils and money for lunch. Good Luck!!!!
Attention 8th Grade Students: The Dance Team at MHS is having tryouts on Monday, May 15th starting at 5:30 p.m Their will be a Mandatory Parent & Dancer Meeting in the small gym. Tuesday, May 16th thru Thursday, May 18th from 4-6 p.m tryout clinics will be held. Friday, May 19th from 4-7 p.m. auditions will be held in the Varsity Gym.

The District Math Meets are this week. 7th and 8th grade finalists, please meet at the back/bus of school at 8:30 today. Bring your coat, 2 sharpened pencils and a calculator.
Cardinal Baseball Spring Clinic will be held on Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th for students in grade 2-8. If you would like more information, flyers are available in the main office.
Cross Plains Optimist Club will present their local Tri Star Basketball Contest on Monday, March 13th from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. If you are interested in participating, registration forms are available in the main office.
Art club for 6th – 8th grade students will be held tomorrow after school from 3:45 – 4:45 .
Journalism Club will be held tomorrow after school from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m
Announcement: Calling all Glacier Creek Scientists! Any 6th, 7th or 8th Graders interested in learning about this year's Science Fair please stop down to Mrs. Chadesh's room next Thursday, March 16th during ELT for an informational meeting. Design your own experiment and show off your work at this years big Science Night!
GCMS Chess/Checkers club will start on Wednesday, March 22nd after school from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m. for 5th – 8th grade students, and will run for 9 weeks. Sign up in the cafeteria today and pick up a permission slip or see Mrs. Tormey in room 141.
